A shared pantry on a Main Street floor looks efficient on the lease. It fails at 2:40 p.m. when one tenant’s guest day empties decaf and the other tenant’s staff arrives from a plant tour. Nobody owns the hopper. Everybody owns the complaint.

We can bill by cup. We cannot referee two companies from one unlabeled station. Either one account owns the program and guests are written into the count, or each tenant needs a clear shelf and a clear machine.

Write who pays for guest pours

If Tenant A hosts interviews on Thursdays, those cups belong in Tenant A’s picture. If the building wants a hospitality station in the lobby, that is a third program, not a raid on the fifth-floor hopper. Put it in the trial notes.

Freight-elevator timing from our other Buffalo note still applies. Shared pantries make it worse because two badge lists have to clear the same cart.

Label or you will get a mystery blend

Decaf, house, and a guest dark roast cannot share an open hopper without a written rule. We run whole-bean equipment. If two tenants keep pouring unmarked beans from personal bags, the cup quality collapses and so does sanitation. One program, one bean spec, or two machines.

The coffee owner for the suite that signed us should be the only person who requests menu changes. A hallway vote is not a change order.

Clean between visits as one floor, not two chores

Drip trays and grounds do not care which LLC filled them. Name one daily owner. If that person is out, name a backup in the other suite. The Buffalo blog has more local notes. Use the two-week trial FAQ when both tenants will be in during week one.

What to send us

Suite names, whether guests use the same station, and who holds the pantry key after 5 p.m. If the landlord stocks a drip pot next to our machine, say so. Dual programs confuse counts.
