We will not win by quoting a 9 a.m. visit to a building that already poured for two hours. Either we get an earlier band or the floor keeps a dawn buffer the afternoon before.
Log the 5 a.m. peak as its own number
Do not fold it into a daily average. Cup billing can handle 24-hour-adjacent volume. A Tuesday-office par cannot.
