An Uptown Charlotte floor can look fully stocked at 7:45 and embarrassed at 9:20. The extras were a banking tour. Guests poured from the staff hopper because it was the only nice machine. South End brewery-adjacent offices have a different culture. This is Tryon Street hospitality.

We run whole-bean equipment that looks like a cafe. That is the point. It only works if the tour has a dedicated station or a written guest cap.

Two hoppers or a written cap

If reception is the show kitchen, staff need a second station down the hall. If there is one machine, the coffee owner must restock the morning of a tour and accept that employee pours wait. Cup billing will catch the guest cups. Restock has to catch them before the first handshake.

A free two-week trial should include a tour morning if those are normal. Use the two-week trial FAQ. The break room readiness quiz is a useful score if facilities already knows which floor is the show kitchen.

Keep the host menu short

A five-drink line in front of a client is a wait, not hospitality. Espresso and one milk. Choice can live on the staff floor.

The Charlotte blog has more local notes.

Light-rail hybrid days are a different clock

South End floors that empty when the train empties are not tour days. Do not blend those patterns into one Uptown number.

What we need on the call

Typical tour days, whether reception has its own machine, and whether staff share it. We will quote one station or two.
