A Stamford tower can crush espresso Monday through Thursday and look like a film set on Friday. If we restock dairy on a Thursday visit as if Friday were real, opened cartons sit. I-95 delay stories are a different Connecticut problem. This is the empty-floor waste that happens even when the trains run.
Greenwich client-hosting espresso is a different note. Here the floor is simply not there.
Treat Friday as optional until the badge data says otherwise
Log Friday cups separately for two weeks. If they are a rounding error, pull Thursday milk down and skip a Friday buffer. Cup billing will still catch the few pours. It should not force a full fridge.

Assign the Thursday dump
Name the person who checks dates before leaving on Thursday. Our next visit should not start with a science experiment after a three-day weekend.

Do not add a weekend menu
Nobody needs a new drink option for a floor that will be dark. Keep the station simple. Choice belongs on a Tuesday when people are actually in Fairfield County.
