A Hauppauge campus can have a quiet second-floor office and a loud first-floor operations floor. One hopper, one invoice, two drinking days. Dock bands are a different Long Island problem. This one is two occupancy curves on one property.
Two logs or two stations
Keep hour-block counts per wing. If the walk between wings is long, people will not share fairly. A second official station is often cheaper than the argument. We run whole-bean equipment on a weekly or biweekly cadence. We still need honest counts per location.

Shift change is not a meeting day
Operations handoffs at 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. are not the same as a board meeting. Stock for the handoff if that is when people actually pour. The office 10 a.m. latte peak can wait.

Name one owner per wing
A single office manager upstairs will not see an empty grounds drawer downstairs. Each wing needs a person who reports alerts and milk. One account owner above them for billing.
What we need on the call
Headcount by wing, shift times, and whether guests use only the office station. We will set restock around the louder clock, then trim the quieter one.
