Do not run your free two-week Atlanta coffee trial on the quietest floor. Run it where people actually drink coffee.

Hybrid days, visitors, and meeting rooms change cup count even when headcount on paper stays the same. A light week gives you a clean install and a bad restock plan. Midtown, Buckhead, and Perimeter Center traffic will expose that the first busy Monday.

Pick the floor that creates the real load

Choose the floor with the strongest ordinary traffic, the most visitors, or the heaviest meeting schedule. Service access still has to work. If building rules force a quieter floor first, say so early and plan a second measurement week on the busy floor before you set service.

Placement details live in where to put the coffee machine on a large Atlanta floor. This post is about measuring demand on the floor that matters.

Write down the busy day pattern

Before you treat any cup total as normal, note:

  • Which days fill the office
  • Visitor volume
  • Morning arrival and afternoon traffic
  • Shift overlap
  • Meeting calendar

Skip holiday weeks and planned closures when you can. Both trial weeks should include ordinary workdays. Our concierge team restocks and supports equipment on a schedule. That schedule only works if the trial saw the pantry under load.

The office contact does not need to fix the machine. They do need to report low milk, locked doors, and schedule changes before our truck shows up.

Count cups by time of day

Split the day: early morning, midmorning, lunch, afternoon refill, event spikes, and light remote days. A one hundred person Atlanta floor can look empty at 7:30 a.m. and packed by 9:15 once visitors and conference rooms fill.

Total cups set billing and restock volume. Time-of-day notes tell us whether you need a morning restock, an afternoon cold brew push, or a service window that matches who is on site. Guest traffic can throw those numbers off. See Midtown visitor days versus badge swipes.

Map the vendor route on a busy day

Write down security, loading or parking, freight elevator, pantry access, the service window, and a backup contact. Keep that list current during the trial.

If freight is late or a badge fails, milk and supplies sit in the wrong place while the station runs down. We already covered Midtown dock delays and pantry restock windows. Prove the route on a busy day, not only on a slow Tuesday.

Track hot drinks and cold drinks separately

Espresso, milk drinks, cold brew, ice, and water do not move together. A humid afternoon or a visitor lunch can shift the mix while total cups stay flat. Tell us what people order during the trial so we stock the right machines and supplies.

Review the trial against a normal busy week

At the end of two weeks, look at total cups, drink mix, peak hours, visitors, waste, cleanliness, access problems, and whether the office owner kept notes. The two-week trial FAQ covers the commercial basics. The local check is simple: did the trial see a normal busy Atlanta week?

If not, extend measurement. Do not guess. A program approved on an easy week often needs an emergency restock the first time Midtown fills up.
