How office coffee delivery works

We install a JURA bean-to-cup system matched to your space, water, and volume. Your local Break Coffee Co. team delivers whole-bean coffee on a cadence tied to actual cup counts, cleans and services the machine on schedule, and troubleshoots before a small issue becomes a dead machine on Monday morning.

Billing is subscription-based—aligned to cups or flat-rate plans your finance team can compare to mystery pod spend. There is no shopping cart; qualified offices start with a two-week trial so adoption data beats guesswork.

Already have a commercial coffee machine?

You do not have to replace equipment to work with us. Many offices keep their machine and buy only the services they need.

  • Coffee supply

Whole-bean coffee on recurring delivery matched to how much your office drinks—no need to change hardware.

  • Machine cleaning

Scheduled professional cleaning so equipment you own keeps pouring the way it should.

  • Repair & service

Tell us make, model, and symptoms—we arrange repair or preventive service through your local team.

Mention your existing machine on the trial form; we will scope supply-only or hybrid support.

Why whole beans beat pods in the break room

Pod and cartridge habits

  • Plastic and foil waste with every cup
  • Limited drink menu—no true espresso or fresh milk path
  • “Mystery inventory” in drawers and cabinets

Whole-bean program

  • One blend optimized for JURA grinders and office volume
  • Grind per cup—stronger aroma, fewer disposables
  • Usage-based delivery so you are not overrun with stale bags

The Break Coffee Co. blend

Our proprietary blend combines Arabica beans from Papua New Guinea, Brazil, and Colombia, roasted in the U.S. for automatic machines that grind on demand. That is the same coffee your local franchise stocks on full-service routes—whether you run a managed JURA program or supply-only for equipment you own.

During trials and the first service weeks, cup counts and drink mix (espresso-heavy vs. milk drinks) inform how much coffee to stage. Headcount alone is a weak predictor when hybrid schedules compress demand into two days a week.

Whole-bean delivery that follows actual usage

  • Cadence matched to volume

Weekly or biweekly restock aligned with machine service—not a static “one bag per month” order.

  • Multi-site consistency

Employers with several offices can standardize the same blend while each building keeps its own delivery schedule.

  • Supply-only option

Already own a commercial grinder or bean-to-cup unit? Coffee delivery can stand alone without a new machine install.

Questions, answered

What does office coffee service include?

Typically the machine, installation, beans, scheduled cleaning, restocking, and servicing as one managed program. Milk is usually supplied by the office refrigerator—we train your “coffee owner” on storage and handoff between visits.

Is there a long-term contract?

Standard programs require no credit application or lease agreement—just a simple month-to-month agreement after your two-week trial. Large enterprise installations may require a contract; your local franchise explains terms up front.

Do you use real milk?

Yes. Milk-based drinks use real refrigerated milk—not powdered creamer—in JURA bean-to-cup setups.

What machines do you install?

Primarily Swiss-made JURA bean-to-cup systems, from compact W8-class units to dual-hopper Giga models for high volume. See the equipment catalog for models we deploy nationally.

Can we try it before committing?

Qualified workplaces can request a two-week trial. Cold brew kegerator programs are usually scoped separately; hot coffee trials are the standard starting point.

Is the coffee only for JURA machines?

The blend is tuned for the automatic equipment we deploy most often, but it works with other commercial whole-bean setups—tell us your machine model during scoping.

Can we order coffee without the full service program?

Yes. Many offices buy recurring bean delivery plus optional cleaning or repair for hardware they already own.

How do you set delivery frequency?

We start from trial cup counts and adjust after the first few service cycles. Spikes from events or visitor weeks get noted so they do not permanently oversize orders.
